Podle \u00a7\u00a7 8 a\u017e 10 TMG v\u0161ak jako poskytovatel slu\u017eeb nejsme povinni sledovat p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 nebo ukl\u00e1dan\u00e9 ciz\u00ed informace ani zji\u0161\u0165ovat okolnosti, kter\u00e9 by poukazovaly na protipr\u00e1vn\u00ed \u010dinnost. <\/p>\n\n

Povinnost odstranit nebo zablokovat pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed podle obecn\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nedot\u010dena. Odpov\u011bdnost v tomto ohledu je v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e1 a\u017e od okam\u017eiku, kdy se dozv\u00edme o konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va. Jakmile se o takov\u00e9m poru\u0161en\u00ed dozv\u00edme, tento obsah neprodlen\u011b odstran\u00edme. <\/p>\n\n

Odpov\u011bdnost za odkazy<\/h3>\n\n

Trval\u00e1 kontrola obsahu odkazovan\u00fdch str\u00e1nek v\u0161ak nen\u00ed bez konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch d\u016fkaz\u016f o poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va re\u00e1ln\u011b provediteln\u00e1. Jakmile se o poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va dozv\u00edme, takov\u00e9 odkazy neprodlen\u011b odstran\u00edme. <\/p>\n\n

Autorsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo<\/h3>\n\n
