The FK-type fully-automatic mandrel bending machine features three controlled and programmable axes. The complete bending cycle incl. tube positioning and rotation takes place fully automatically and under program control.
The powerful bending software enables the particularly simple and fast creation and administration of bending programs on the external PC. Once created, bending programs can be transferred online to the machine controller of the mandrel bending machine.

3-axis program controller
The program controller has a 12 x 9 cm display with plain text menu navigation.
128 bending programs, each with 64 positions can be saved. The controller has an interface for online connection to an external PC. Bending programs, the cutting length and all setting values can be calculated on the external PC and transferred online to the machine controller.
