Spiral scrap vanished with the wende-mat
The Wende-Mat enables precise spiral handrails to be manufactured on every 3-roller bending machine with a horizontal inlet. The rolled-out length and the rotation of the tube are measured electronically and compared to the target value. Deviations are detected immediately and visually displayed. Corrections can be made immediately. Spiral scrap is ruled out. Every spiral handrail fits. Operation is very simple. The scope of delivery includes a radius measuring device plus spiral software for simple calculation of the spiral data.
