NC-controlled semi-automatic tube bending machines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Semi-automatic tube bending machines are used in single-part and series production, in workshops, and in manufacturing. On Type FK semi-automatic mandrel bending machines, the bending cycle is automatic and program-controlled. Tube feed and tube rotation are performed manually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All semi-automatic mandrel bending machines in the FK series can be equipped with a length and angle stop system for tube intake and tube rotation. Options include a jaw chuck, hydraulic collet chuck, and digital position display and monitoring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For operation, program creation, and program management, you can choose between the control terminal with a panel PC and 15″ touch display or the Power_Panel T50.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

The hydraulic bending drive enables an extremely compact design. Compared to electrically driven machines, the free-standing and exposed bending head can be designed much more compactly. Bending parts can swing in a wide range under and partly behind the bending tool without colliding with the bending head or machine frame. A significantly higher degree of bending freedom is achieved.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
