Pod\u013ea \u00a7\u00a7 8 a\u017e 10 TMG v\u0161ak ako poskytovate\u013e slu\u017eieb nie sme povinn\u00ed monitorova\u0165 pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00e9 alebo uchov\u00e1van\u00e9 cudzie inform\u00e1cie ani zis\u0165ova\u0165 okolnosti, ktor\u00e9 nazna\u010duj\u00fa nez\u00e1konn\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Povinnosti odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 alebo zablokova\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edvanie inform\u00e1ci\u00ed pod\u013ea v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch z\u00e1konov zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa t\u00fdmto nedotknut\u00e9. Zodpovednos\u0165 v tomto oh\u013eade je v\u0161ak mo\u017en\u00e1 a\u017e od okamihu, ke\u010f sa dozvieme o konkr\u00e9tnom poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va. Po ozn\u00e1men\u00ed pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va tento obsah okam\u017eite odstr\u00e1nime.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zodpovednos\u0165 za odkazy<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161a ponuka obsahuje odkazy na extern\u00e9 webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky tret\u00edch str\u00e1n, na ktor\u00fdch obsah nem\u00e1me \u017eiadny vplyv. Preto nem\u00f4\u017eeme prevzia\u0165 \u017eiadnu z\u00e1ruku za tento cudz\u00ed obsah. Za obsah odkazovan\u00fdch str\u00e1nok je v\u017edy zodpovedn\u00fd pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd poskytovate\u013e alebo prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e str\u00e1nok. Odkazovan\u00e9 str\u00e1nky boli v \u010dase odkazovania skontrolovan\u00e9 z h\u013eadiska mo\u017en\u00e9ho poru\u0161enia pr\u00e1vnych predpisov. Nez\u00e1konn\u00fd obsah nebol v \u010dase odkazovania zisten\u00fd.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trval\u00e1 kontrola obsahu odkazovan\u00fdch str\u00e1nok v\u0161ak nie je primeran\u00e1 bez konkr\u00e9tnych d\u00f4kazov o poru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u00e1va. Po ozn\u00e1men\u00ed poru\u0161enia pr\u00e1v tak\u00e9to odkazy okam\u017eite odstr\u00e1nime. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autorsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obsah a diela vytvoren\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013emi str\u00e1nok na t\u00fdchto str\u00e1nkach podliehaj\u00fa nemeck\u00e9mu autorsk\u00e9mu pr\u00e1vu. Rozmno\u017eovanie, spracovanie, \u0161\u00edrenie a ak\u00fdko\u013evek druh vyu\u017eitia nad r\u00e1mec autorsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona si vy\u017eaduje p\u00edsomn\u00fd s\u00fahlas pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9ho autora alebo tvorcu. S\u0165ahovanie a kop\u00edrovanie tejto str\u00e1nky je povolen\u00e9 len na s\u00fakromn\u00e9, nekomer\u010dn\u00e9 pou\u017eitie.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokia\u013e obsah na tejto str\u00e1nke nevytvoril prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e, dodr\u017eiavaj\u00fa sa autorsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va tret\u00edch str\u00e1n. Ak by si si napriek tomu v\u0161imol poru\u0161enie autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v, pros\u00edme \u0165a o pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 upozornenie.
