The control terminal houses a powerful industrial PC and a 15&#8243; touch screen. Windows 10\/11 IoT Enterprise is used as the operating system. The machine control system can be easily integrated into existing networks. The terminal has a tray (A3) for drawings or technical documents. Order-related documents are thus always in the operator&#8217;s field of vision.     <\/p>\n<p>Only high-quality components from B&#038;R are used as control hardware (PC, PLC). The 3D Assistant from Thoman allows for particularly simple and convenient entry of the bending contour.<br \/>\nThe NC control program (G-code) is created automatically. Tools, setup sets, and tubes are managed in a database.  <\/p>\n<p>With the CNCS-SIMUL software package, you create the tube layouts on an external PC. Bending contours and bending programs can be created in work preparation, saved on a network drive, and loaded by the machine operator.
