RB6 profile bending machine<\/h3>

The RB6 profile bending machine is currently Thoman\u2019s heaviest and most powerful profile bending machine. With 22 kW of power, 75 tonnes of pressing force, and high-reduction planetary geared motors, the RB6 provides ample reserves to bend even very heavy profiles. Thanks to the variable side-roll spacing, adjustable from 630 mm to 1230 mm, the RB6 can bend significantly larger profiles than is possible on a comparably heavy conventional profile bending machine. <\/p>\n

When bending smaller profiles, the spacing of the side rolls can be reduced. Compared to conventional profile bending machines, the roll diameters can be made significantly smaller. <\/p>\n

Tooling costs and setup costs are reduced, and a wide range of applications is achieved for the profile bending machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n
