A MultiBend universal bending machine is a simple yet versatile machine for metal construction.
The flat work platform with precisely guided and hydraulically controlled stroke slides allows for the mounting of various
bending tools for pressing, straightening, or folding.
In the PW version, the machine features 3 individually driven rollers for roll bending pipes and profiles.
The machine replaces two individual machines with lower investment costs and a smaller footprint.

Bending processes
Folding
Folded profiles are required for many applications. A wide variety of bending punches, dies, or special tools are available for the MultiBend universal bending machine.
Straightening
Straightening profiles or welded structures is a daily task for many metalworking companies. With a MultiBend, profiles can be straightened quickly and precisely. The MultiBend offers a special straightening cycle for this purpose, making straightening particularly easy and efficient.
The MultiBend work platform is equipped with several slots for mounting the counter-supports for straightening. A straightening beam with variably adjustable counter-supports is optionally available.
Roll bending
The powerful roller drive features three individually driven rollers. Maximum motor torque is available at each drive roller. Even heavy profiles can be rolled to the target radius in the very first pass. Maximum productivity and perfect bending results are guaranteed.

NC control PP15
It doesn’t always have to be CNC. For the MultiBend 16, we offer a cost-effective 1-axis NC control that is sufficient for many simple bending tasks.
The actual position is shown on the display. The bending axis can be moved manually or positioned exactly to the specified setpoint.
