Tube Bending Machine FK60-CNC-B1000
With the FK60-CNC-B1000 tube bending machine, you can bend tubes from 5-60mm using the rotary draw bending process as well as tubes from 5-48mm using the freeform bending process. The machine features an extra-strong feed unit (boost system) which enables the machine to produce complex bending contours using the freeform bending process.
In freeform bending, the mandrel bending die and clamping jaw are replaced by forming rollers. The feed axis pushes the tube through the forming rollers. The freely programmable bending radius is determined by the pivot angle of the bending arm.
