The accuracy of a tube spiral depends crucially on the bending radius and the twist of the tube in relation to the tube feed.
With the WendeMat, you can manufacture perfectly fitting spiral handrails on your 3-roll bending machine.
Its principle is as simple as it is ingenious:
The WendeMat measures the twist and the tube feed electronically. A “traffic light” visually indicates whether the twist is correct or needs to be corrected by raising or lowering the tube.
Traffic light display:
- Green = everything within target
- Yellow/Red = correct the twist
This ensures that every tube spiral is manufactured precisely, reproducibly, and efficiently.
