RB6 profile bending machine
The RB6 profile bending machine is currently Thoman’s heaviest and most powerful profile bending machine. With 22 kW of power, 75 tonnes of pressing force, and high-reduction planetary geared motors, the RB6 provides ample reserves to bend even very heavy profiles. Thanks to the variable side-roll spacing, adjustable from 630 mm to 1230 mm, the RB6 can bend significantly larger profiles than is possible on a comparably heavy conventional profile bending machine.
When bending smaller profiles, the spacing of the side rolls can be reduced. Compared to conventional profile bending machines, the roll diameters can be made significantly smaller.
Tooling costs and setup costs are reduced, and a wide range of applications is achieved for the profile bending machine.
