CNC control terminal

Program creation and management take place at the mobile control terminal. The control terminal houses a powerful industrial PC and a 15″ touch screen. Windows 10/11 IoT Enterprise is used as the operating system. The machine control system can be easily integrated into existing networks. The terminal has a tray (A3) for drawings or technical documents. Order-related documents are thus always in the operator’s field of vision.

Only high-quality components from B&R are used as control hardware (PC, PLC). Long product life cycles, excellent quality, low susceptibility to failure, and outstanding service are guaranteed.

Control software for profile bending machines (CNCS)

The innovative CNC-S control software for profile bending machines offers unique functions and, for single-part or series production,
leaves nothing to be desired.

You bend profiles with the highest quality, productivity, and precision in just one rolling pass or, in the case of unknown material behavior, in several rolling passes. The innovative control software supports you perfectly and offers unique possibilities.

Simple and complex bending contours with changing bending directions can be bent. Perfect and kink-free transitions of the bending radii are guaranteed.

With the hand-held radius measuring device connected directly (via Bluetooth) to the control system, measuring and correcting bending radii becomes child’s play. At the touch of a button, the radius measurement is transferred to the control system, displayed on the screen, and the bending program or the next rolling pass is automatically corrected. The tedious typing of measured values into the control system is a thing of the past.

With our R-Control system, we have automated the measurement of the bending radius and the correction of the bending program. This achieves unprecedented productivity and precision, even with fluctuating material hardness and in series production.
