Frame bending machines from the RB series are extremely powerful, flexible and versatile. The frame bending machines satisfy the highest demands as regards productivity and precision, and are suitable for the most demanding of bending tasks. Frames of the widest variety of types, custom or standard frames made of steel or aluminium, can be bent in top bending quality and with maximum repeatability. The spacing of the lateral milling rollers is variable and can be adjusted infinitely or in steps. The pressing roller has a large movement range and can be inserted deeply between the lateral rollers or opened wide. As a result of this, the frame bending machine can be adapted optimally to the requirements of the respective frame being bent.
CNC continuous path controller
The frame bending machines can accept large rollers with a high coverage or customer-specific tools. Excess pressing forces on the frame are avoided and the optimum arch quality is achieved even in the case of delicate frames. The flexible machine design of the frame bending machines allows the use of the widest variety of auxiliary equipment, such as a fourth roller, sliders, shaft supports, bending jigs for bending S-curves, bending jigs for bending 3-D contours, spiral bending jigs etc.
All frame bending machines from the RB series are available with a manual controller, an NC line motion controller or a CNC continuous path controller.
